Meet Chef Enrico Tomelleri from Paski Vineria Popolare as he prepares a special dish which celebrates both seasonality and regionality. Using Wildlfower’s freshly milled grain and new season lamb from Mimosa Valley (both grown in the Riverina region), Enrico will prepare a delicious pan seared lamb cannelloni with Spring vegetables.
