Carriageworks 100% Capacity
As of April 6, 2021, Carriageworks moved to 100% capacity for all ticketed seated events in theatres in line with recent announcements from NSW Government for entertainment venues. Please be aware the current regulations allow patrons to be seated alongside each other. Other public and event spaces remain subject to current NSW Government mandated capacity restrictions. We look forward to welcoming more audiences back to Carriageworks and will continue to implement COVID safe measures, for the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site.
Masks are strongly recommended
In line with NSW government advice, masks are strongly recommended inside Carriageworks.
Register at entry
All visitors are required by law to provide contact information for contact tracing. We have QR codes at entry so you can register with your phone. Please speak to a staff member if you need assistance.
Good hand hygiene
Please use hand sanitiser provided at entry and throughout the site.
Please practise physical distancing at all times. Avoid congregating in public areas, queue wherever indicated and always follow instructions from staff.
Attending a performance
On arrival, download your eTicket and have it ready on your mobile phone for scanning. If you do not have access to email, our box office team will assist you, but please keep interactions to a minimum. The box office will open 30-minutes before each event.

The cloak room will be open during regular opening hours with strictly limited capacity.
Food and drink
Please note we are prohibited from providing water stations or disposable cups.
Cashless payments only
Please bring a credit or debit card for any onsite purchases, as we accept cashless payments only.
Travelling to Carriageworks
We encourage travelling outside of peak hours.

Enhanced daily cleaning
