We wait all year for stone fruits and now they are finally here. While you’re eating them up by the kilo this summer, why not start preserving them so you can enjoy them year-round.

This workshop by Cornersmith will focus on two different preserving methods – Boozy Peaches and Pickled Cherries. These homemade treats will be delicious on the Christmas table and make the most wonderful homemade gifts. Cornersmith owner Alex will teach you everything you need to know about how to safely bottle fruits, including sterilisation, storage, jars and flavour combinations.
