Chippendale, New South Wales

In 2014, LP’s Quality Meats was opened by Luke Powell in Chippendale and became renowned for house-made smoked meats and smallgoods.

All of LP’s smallgoods use Australian free range pork, fresh spices and garlic. Its products are cooked in LP’s Southern Pride smoker over whole logs of applewood and ironbark, which gives them an inimitable smoke and flavour.
