Anna Maria of Pasta Emilia is from the Emilia-Ramagna region in Italy where her father was a farmer and wine maker. She brings flavours and culinary techniques of the area to her cooking, including silky egg pasta, tortellini, ravioli, balsamic vinegar, prosciutto and grana Padano. Her Osteria, Cooking School and kitchen in Surry Hills serves organic Italian cuisine, available to take home from the Carriageworks Farmers Market.
