FROM THE FARM: BALLSY KOMBUCHA PHOTOS

Inspired by a trip to Hawaii, Matt and Lara envisioned a new drinking scene with the non-alcoholic healthy beverage kombucha. An artist and an eye surgeon, they bridge health, science and sustainability to create small and carefully crafted batches. Beverages are developed at their dedicated kombucha bar in inner-Sydney’s Leichardt using a mother culture and organic ingredients.
