Join renowned Ngemba Weilwan chef Sharon Winsor for an intimate 5-course First Nations dining experience, fusing modern techniques with traditional methods. Each course will use native ingredients sourced on Gadigal Land with Sharon sharing her knowledge on Aboriginal culture and food, paired with a curated wine list by and conversation with winemaker Orlando Wines.
