Showcasing over 100 varieties of the very best in local artisan cheese from around the country, there’s a fromage to suit every palate at this year’s Mould festival. This event champions Australian-made cheese, and the community that surrounds it, plus other dairy-driven additions and matched pairings on the day such as olives, butter and smallgoods. A selection of beer, cider, cocktails and sake will also be on offer.
