Meet the Producer: Hartley Truffles  10am

Richard and Jane Austen founded Hartley Truffles at their family farm in the Blue Mountains in 2017. Visitors will have the opportunity to see and smell new season truffles, while hearing about how fresh truffles are grown and harvested, as well as learning some tips about how to use this prized culinary ingredient.
Porridge perfection with Toby Wilson   10.30am

In addition to Toby's successful taqueria business, Rico's Tacos, Toby is also Australia's top-ranked porridge maker - recently becoming a top 6 finalist in the World Porridge Championships. At the Winter Seasonal Market, Toby will share his top tips in the art of making the perfect bowl of porridge to warm up those cold winter mornings.
