Clayton Wells of Automata and A1 Canteen led a Chef Masterclass, hosted by Myffy Rigby and presented in partnership with Smeg Australia. Clayton’s dishes included; Cured Kingfish and Fennel Salad, Baked Flounder with Wakame Lemon Butter and Dark Chocolate, Kelp Oil and Raspberry. He was also joined for a discussion about different types of seaweed with expert Paul Lee.
