Arrival and Getting Here
Entry to FKA twigs is via the stairs/ramp at the Main Carriageworks Entrance, 245 Wilson St, Eveleigh, 2015. Guests will not be able to enter the event from any other point onsite.

The Vehicle Drop-off (taxi/rideshare) is at 299 Wilson Street. Please take careful note of the site map for the entry and drop-off point.

No parking is available onsite. Public transport is strongly encouraged due to extensive road works on Wilson Street.

Closest train stations: Redfern (8 min walk) and Macdonaldtown (10 min walk).

Tickets and Box Office
All ticket holders received E-tickets to FKA twigs earlier this week or at the time of purchase and should be found in your email inbox.

If you need to update details or re-download tickets, you can do so by logging into your Ticketbooth account here: https://events.ticketbooth.com.au/my-tickets/login

Onsite Box Office (located at the main entry) will be open for sales from 4pm.

Please note: FKA twigs tickets can only be purchased through the official Carriageworks website or via Ticketbooth, our authorised ticketing partner. Any tickets purchased through unauthorised sales channels such as Viagogo, Ticketmaster resale, Gumtree and eBay, may be cancelled without refund or exchange, and the bearer of the ticket will be denied admission. If you did not purchase your tickets via Ticketbooth and are unsure if they are valid please contact boxoffice@carriageworks.com.au

Warnings
A reminder this event is strictly 18+ years, proof of age (photo ID) will be required for entry.

We recommend arriving on time. FKA twigs’ performance is expected to start at 8pm and there will be no support act. (Running time 85 minutes)

Please be advised that this event may contain strobe lighting, theatrical haze and high volume.

No professional cameras, recording devices or selfie sticks are permitted in the event area. Carriageworks may record and photograph this event for promotional and archival purposes.

Entry
This is an 18+ event. Proof of age will be required for entry.

From 6PM onwards, you may proceed directly to the gates with either your E-ticket on your mobile device OR Print-At-Home ticket. All tickets are scanned upon entry and you may be asked to provide ID that matches the name on your ticket. Please have your Photo ID ready and ensure your mobile device brightness is turned up ready for scanning.

Your safety and security are our highest priority. As a safety precaution and condition of entry, event security will carry out mandatory visual bag inspections on all bags and personal belongings. We advise patrons to travel lightly.
As this is a large-scale music event, we anticipate a police presence, including drug detection sniffer dogs.

No pass outs will be permitted for this event, once you leave the event you will not be able to re-enter.

Accessible Services
There is a dedicated accessible drop-off point located on Carriageworks Way accessed via 229 Wilson Street. The dedicated accessible entrance is at the end of Carriageworks Way. Look for the ‘Accessible Entry’ sign attached to the Emergency Exist gate. The security guard positioned here will assist you with event entry.

Ramp access is also available at the main entry point at 245 Wilson Street. Please look out for the marked accessible entry lane.

There is level access at all areas within the venue for this event, including toilets, bars and catering areas. An accessibility viewing platform is available for accessible patrons and Guest; this area will need to be pre-booked and confirmed prior to event day.

Limited accessible parking is available on Carriageworks Way, these spaces cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability.

Food and beverage
Food trucks and bars are onsite for the duration of the event with a wide range of offerings. Please note: No BYO food or drink permitted.

Anything Anytime
The Anything Anytime booth will be located on the shared pathway in the Blacksmiths Workshop. This will be the location for event information, ATMs, cloak room, lost property and merchandise sales.

The National 2019: New Australian Art
During the event artist Tom Muller’s installation ‘Ghost Line’ will be in operation at 7pm as part of The National exhibition. This will feature non-toxic steam which is completely safe. If you’re lucky enough to see it, don’t panic, enjoy it – It’s meant to happen.
