KIDS WORKSHOP: GINGERBREAD MAKING 

Expert chocolate maker and pastry chef, Jessica Pedemont of Chocolate Artisan will be running a kids cooking class to get everyone in the festive spirit. During this one hour class, kids will learn the art of making and decorating gingerbread cookies, equipped with the skills to recreate these festive treats at home.

MEET THE PRODUCER TALK: SEADRIFT DISTILLERY 

Come and meet award-winning non-alcoholic spirit makers, Seadrift Distillery, in conversation with delicious. Editor Krysia Bonkowski, to hear about how they craft their unique alcohol free spirits using fresh botanicals grown on farms throughout NSW, along with locally foraged sea kelp.

To coincide with Salote Tawale’s ambitious new exhibition I remember you, catch a live cooking demonstration with the artist, Pasepa Morell and Bloodwood Head Chef and Co-Owner Claire Van Vuuren. The three friends bring a fresh approach to classic Fijian recipes, sharing stories and anecdotes along the way.
