Set within 4 Sydney public secondary schools; the Solid Ground Artist in Residence program enables students to make new works guided by leading Indigenous artists. The program provides hands-on learning experiences across dance, performance, composition, recording and visual art.

Evie J Willie Artist in Residence at Evans High School, Evie J is a proud Indigenous Soul Singer/Songwriter who has been composing songs since the age of 15. Since moving to Sydney in 2009, Evie J has used her own music to express and establish herself as a strong contemporary Indigenous Female Artist.

Nooky Artist in Residence at Chifley College Bidwill Campus, Nooky (Corey Webster) is a Yuin rapper originally from Nowra, who is signed to Bad Apples Music. Nooky has also had experience with music workshops in Redfern and is also currently working for ABC Indigenous.
