nonie’s is an artisan bakery that is gluten and dairy free. The bakery is all about delicious food, made by hand, using thoughtfully chosen ingredients making a range of artisan breads, pita, crackers and muesli which are also certified by Coeliac Australia.

Due to the nature of gluten free flours, and as preservatives or gums not used, nonie’s breads are sold frozen. This keeps their loaves at their absolute best and is one of the things that sets nonie’s bread apart.
