Moorlands is a certified Bio-dynamic farm using an enhanced organic approach focused on producing healthy, living, well-structured soil, plants and animals. The 3,000 acre farm has been in the family for over 180 years. Pasture fed sheep and breeding excellent lamb has honed their systems and selection processes. Moorlands lamb comprises fabulous Texels, which are flavoursome with a sweet, ‘nutty’ fat (but not too much!) and affording a silky texture.
