Margin’s Mushrooms is a family business in Woy Woy growing three types mushrooms: White Mushrooms (Agaricus Bispurus), Swiss Browns (Agaricus Bitorquis) and Oyster Mushrooms (Pleurotus Soppopo). It started off as a bit of an experiment to see if a cool room from the family’s old ice cream factory would be suitable for growing mushrooms. Since 2011, Margin’s Mushrooms have expanded to four growing rooms based in the former Woy Woy Abattoirs.
