Leaning Oak make artisan cheeses in small batches at their cheese factory in Somersby, with cows and goats milk sourced from two local dairies. They have a wide range of cows and goats milk cheeses, including fetta, blue, brie, halloumi, soft ripened, spreadable and curds. The cows milk cheeses will be available year round and goats milk cheeses seasonally from July-March.
