A family run business, the Kootingal Pecan Company produce certified organic pecan nuts grown in Kootingal in rural New South Wales, around five hours north of Sydney. Once harvested, the raw unshelled pecans are then air dried in the clean pure air of Kootingal to bring about the distinctive flavours and crunch texture of this premium pecan kernel.
