Indigiearth founder and Ngemba Weilwan culinary expert Sharon Winsor returns to Carriageworks to celebrate modern Australian native cuisine with a pop-up food experience, including a delectable dessert bar showcasing premium bush foods crafted from authentic Australian native ingredients.

Explore the delicious menu during several events at Carriageworks led by First Nations people including NAISDA’s the trees have voices, the feet have ears (22-23 Nov), the SOUTHEAST Aboriginal Arts Market (23-24 Nov), and the free NAISDA Torres Strait Islander Culture Workshop (23 Nov).

Indigiearth is a 100% Aboriginal-owned and operated business based in Mudgee that celebrates modern Australian Native Cuisine.
