Carriageworks, in partnership with Smeg Australia, welcomes Ross Lusted, for the second Masterclass event of 2018. The two hour session will showcase four recipes that have been created using seasonal produce straight from the weekly Farmers Market and can be easily adapted and re-created at home. Ross will explore the theme of ‘Salt and its Many Forms’, looking at how different variants of this house-hold staple and its natural forms can bring new dimensions to a dish. The Masterclass will be cooked on a state of the art SMEG kitchen and will allow for interaction and questions from the audience. The session will be co-hosted by Myffy Rigby, Good Food Guide Editor. Presented by Carriageworks and SMEG Australia.
