With a focus on sustainability, the AP Bakery team work directly with regenerative farms to source their grains and mill their own flour, in order to retain as much flavour and nutrition as possible. Their viennoiserie program pushes the boundaries of traditional pastry making with a unique menu of delicious freshly baked goods – think Buttermilk croissants, nettle scrolls and freshly milled buckwheat pain au chocolat. In addition to their pastries, they have a range of delicious sourdough breads, pies and other ready to eat treats including their pizza bianca and rosso in a Roman style – long, rectangular, naturally leavened and sliced to order.
