Teletech 004; an unforgettable night of deep house and techno in an iconic industrial space
Sydney, Australia: Carriageworks will host the high-octane techno event Teletech 004, featuring heavyweight DJs Azyr, Vendex, Jazzy and Emma Moon, in the precinct’s Bays 22-24 on Saturday 1 February.
Globally renowned for curating high-energy productions with immersive audiovisual experiences, Teletech has rapidly gained prestige amongst techno enthusiasts. Focusing on harder, industrial techno sounds, Teletech 004 will be an unmissable event for fans of the underground techno scene as heavy hitter DJs from around the world unite to take over Bays 22-24, Carriageworks’ largest venue.
England-based DJ and producer Azyr has been making a global impact with his hard-hitting techno sound that blends sub-genres. Known for his energetic, relentless performances, he has quickly gained popularity with major debuts across the UK and a high-intensity Boiler Room set.
Described as a force of nature, Switzerland’s self-taught DJ and producer Jazzy brings a fresh perspective to the world of electronic music. Jazzy’s passion for industrial techno, characterized by heavy kicks and literal hammers, makes her sets nothing short of epic.
Vendex, a multidisciplinary artist and rising hard-techno DJ hailing from Barcelona, Spain, has made his mark on the global electronic scene through sets that tell epic, immersive stories that transport listeners to captivating alternate worlds.
Emma Moon has carved out a strong presence as a mainstay within Naarm/Melbourne’s dedicated dance music community. With a musical ethos embedded in elevation, Emma’s bouncy selections encompass a notable love for old-school and new wave hard house, as well as uplifting sub-genres of hard trance and rave-inspired techno.
Teletech 004 forms part of the Carriageworks Sounds summer series, with previously announced events including an evening of unforgettable techno with Sara Landry, the long-anticipated Australian return of critically acclaimed London musician and DJ Jamie xx, and two nights with legendary deep house and techno DJ Solomun.
