Join renowned Ngemba Weilwan chef Sharon Winsor for an intimate 5-course First Nations dining experience, fusing modern techniques with traditional methods. Each course will use native ingredients sourced on Gadigal Land with Sharon sharing her knowledge on Aboriginal culture and food. During the evening guests will also enjoy a traditional smoking ceremony and performance.
