Three festive cocktails for your summer entertaining

General cocktail tips:
- Always start mixing with the most alcoholic ingredient to the least
- If catering for a crowd multiply the ingredients and prepare in an appropriately sized glass jug, if the cocktail contains anything sparkling only add that just before serving.
- Never shake a cocktail that contains anything sparkling (champagne, soda, tonic etc)

Limoncello Mimosa
30ml Limoncello
60ml sparkling wine (Rosato Frizante) from Pasta Emilia
60ml Orange juice (freshly squeeze oranges)
Garnish orange twist
Method:
Gently combine the ingredients and lightly stir before serving.
Serve in a champagne flute.
Gin Paloma
60ml Arancello
30ml Agave Spirit
30ml Afternoon Haze Gin
20ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
90ml soda
Lime twist to garnish
Method:
Combine ingredients (except for soda) and give a good stir, add soda and stir gently.
Serve in highball glass over ice.
Summer Gin Toddy
30ml Afternoon Haze Barrel Aged Gin
30ml Apple Brandy
50ml apple juice (freshly squeezed)
lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
1/2 tsp of honey
Slice of green apple to garnish
Method:
Combine ingredients and shake with ice, make a small cut in the slice of apple to place it on the rim of the cocktail glass.
Serve in cocktail glass.
