Led by Topher Boehm and Chris Allen, Wildflower Brewing focus on fermenting their beers with a diverse culture of brewers yeast, wild yeasts and bacteria. Known in the brewing industry as mixed fermentation, Wildflower have developed a house culture with yeasts foraged from New South Wales. Their goal is to balance the tart, funky characteristics of their house culture to deliver beers with length, nuance and subtlety.
