Seven leading writers from seven countries will perform seven new stories – in seven different languages. Simultaneously writing, theatre and art, Studio Créole is a living, breathing exploration of meaning and language in our tangled global world.

Carriageworks is developing Studio Créole with an Indigenous Australian writer for the Australian premiere in 2020, alongside authors from Chile, Croatia, Iceland, Japan, Kenya, Martinique and Palestine.

We need your help in bringing this project to life. Donate to Carriageworks before June 30. Your donation will go directly to the development of Studio Créole as part of our Artistic Program.

This project is part of the Carriageworks In Development Program.

2-4 Apr 2020

Co-commissioned by Carriageworks and Manchester International Festival.
