Sleeplessness Film Screening and Artist Talk
★★★★★ “Kaz Therese’s Sleeplessness is raw, engaging and unmissable” – AU Review
Join us for a screening of the acclaimed 2022 production of Sleeplessness, followed by an artist talk with creators Kaz Therese (writer/performer) and Anna Liebzeit (composer).
Acclaimed for its powerful exploration of personal narrative, Sleeplessness draws from Therese’s lived experience to unpack themes of identity, memory and inherited trauma. In conversation with long-time collaborator Anna Liebzeit, Therese will reflect on their 20-year creative partnership and the deeply personal process behind making the work.
Enjoy an evening of storytelling, tea, Hungarian cakes and conversation.
