Goldstreet Dairy is a small-scale artisan cheese producer that works with Camden Valley Farm, using their single herd Jersey cows milk to craft their cheese and dairy products. Chef Colin Wood is also bringing his iconic Jersey Cheese, made with Jersey milk and brined in salt water and lemon, with visitors able to purchase it fresh to take home or grilled over charcoal as a ready to eat treat.
