Join us at Carriageworks for Dine off the Tracks, a unique farm-to-table feast.
Using the freshest seasonal produce from the Carriageworks Farmers Market, this one-of-a-kind dining experience has been handcrafted by renowned veteran of international Michelin-starred kitchens Nelly Robinson of NEL and James Bear Award winning author Rosheen Kaul, formerly of celebrated Brunswick restaurant Etta.
Enjoy a champagne and canapé reception before taking your seat at the long table and beginning a culinary journey from Peranakan-Chinese to Filipino and Kashmiri, via Singapore and Melbourne’s inner south-east, before returning to the otherworldly with playful twists on dessert, all paired with sommelier-selected premium NSW wines and accompanied by a live pianist.
