By participating in the CARRIAGEWORKS x VIVID SYDNEY 2025 PRESALE competition (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding. 

The promoter is Carriageworks Ltd, ABN 80 122 628 497 201 of 245 Wilson Street, Eveleigh NSW 2015 (Promoter). 

The Promotion commences at 10:00 am (AEDT) on Wednesday 26 February, 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on Monday 10 March, 2025 (Promotion Period). 

Entry is open to AU residents only who are over 18 years of age. 

Destination NSW is not a sponsor or administrator of this promotion. 

Meta is not a sponsor or administrator of this promotion. 

How to Enter 

1. To enter this Promotion, you must subscribe to the Carriageworks Enews and tick Vivid Sydney as your interest.
2. This is a game of chance, and skill plays no part. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
3. Multiple entries are not permitted.
4. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The use of automatic entry software, mechanical or electronic devices that allows an individual to automatically enter the competition is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
5. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age at the time of prize judging.
6. Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members of any employee, and any associated company or agency of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
7. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions are void. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.

Draw and Prizes 

Judging for the prize will take place at 245 Wilson St, Eveleigh NSW 2015 at 9:00 am (AEDT) on Wednesday 12 March, 2025. 

One (1) winner will receive the following prize: 

Four (4) tickets to a Vivid Sydney Show during the Carriageworks x Vivid Sydney 2025 program taking place at Carriageworks, 245 Wilson Street, Eveleigh 2015 NSW in June 2025. 

This prize is valued between $236 – $396 AUD 

Winner of this competition will be notified via email to their nominated email address by 11:00 am (AEDT) on Wednesday 12 March, 2025. 

In this email the winners will be sent instructions to redeem their prize. The prize must be redeemed between 11:00 am (AEDT) on Wednesday 12 March, 2025 and 3:00 pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 12 March, 2025. 

This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. 

If the winner cannot be contacted by 3:00 pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 12 March, 2025, the Promoter has the right to select a new winner.
