THE MOMENT I SAW YOU I KNEW I COULD LOVE YOU

SYDNEY FESTIVAL PRESENTS

THE MOMENT I SAW YOU I KNEW I COULD LOVE YOU

Australian Exclusive – A highly original and haunting performance installation that blurs the boundaries of film, music and live action.

Set in the belly of a whale, the audience is cast adrift in life-boats to be fully immersed in stories, myths and siren songs about gut feelings, memories, love and survival.

Show creators Leslie Hill and  Helen Paris collaborate with filmmaker Andrew Kotting, composer Graeme Miller and chanteuse Claudia Barton to craft a magical world in which to contemplate the intricacy, beauty, fragility and wonder of life. This Festival gem also features two local octogenarians who are  still truly, madly, deeply in love.
