Rootstock Sydney is a wine and food festival that celebrates artisan products, sustainability and community. Bringing together some of the most talented, authentic and exciting wine and food producers from Australia and around the world. Rootstock Sydney features collaborations between farmer-growers, chefs, winemakers, cooks, distillers and foragers all brought to the fore.
The largest event of its kind in Australia, stretching over a weekend showcasing organic-biodynamic-local produce markets, wine festival sessions, talks and masterclasses, unique bars, coffee/artisan cheese/Slow Food Australia pavilions and in 2015 with a strong focus on Indigenous food and agriculture.
