Carriageworks, in partnership with Smeg Australia, welcomes acclaimed Sydney chef Josh Niland for the fourth and final Masterclass for 2018. This unique event offers an exclusive two hours with one of Australia’s most highly regarded seafood chefs.
Cooked on a state of the art SMEG kitchen, Josh will share skills and dishes in an interactive session inspired by the seasonal produce available at Carriageworks Farmers Market.
About Josh Niland
Josh Niland is the head chef and co-owner, along with his wife Julie, of the critically acclaimed fish eatery Saint Peter in Paddington. In April 2018, they also opened Australia’s first Fish Butchery, a retail outlet set to change how Sydney consumes and sources fish. This year Saint Peter was awarded Time Out’s Restaurant of the Year and Good Food Guide’s New Restaurant of the Year, with Josh Niland taking out the coveted Chef of the Year titles for both Time Out and Australian Gourmet Traveller.
