A master of fine dining, the former Executive Chef of Rockpool and co-owner of The Bridge Room will showcase four recipes that have been created using seasonal produce from the weekly Farmers Market. Sharing tips for creating easily adaptable masterpieces at home, Ross will explore the theme of ‘Salt and its Many Forms’, looking at how different variants of this house-hold staple and its natural forms can bring new dimensions to a dish. He will also be cooking in his trademark style, applying Asian culinary techniques to Western cuisine. Presented by Carriageworks and SMEG Australia.
