SYMPHONY
11 – 16 JAN
The dynamic changes, cascading patterns and dance-like rhythms of Beethoven’s music come into exhilarating play in Symphony.

THE MOMENT I SAW YOU I KNEW I COULD LOVE YOU
11 – 13 JAN
Set in the belly of a whale, the audience is cast adrift in life-boats to be fully immersed in stories, myths and siren songs about gut feelings, memories, love and survival.

AS THE FLAMES ROSE WE DANCED TO THE SIRENS, THE SIRENS
11 – 15 JAN
Spain’s experimental and edgy Sleepwalk Collective delves unashamedly and ruthlessly into the mysteries, ambiguities and complexities of human relationships.

LIGETI MORPHED
11 – 13 JAN
What happens when you tackle the vast textures of Ligeti’s masterwork Atmospheres with strings, percussion, electric guitar and turntables? Join Sydney’s champions of contemporary classical music Ensemble Offspring and underground electronic duo Oren Ambarchi and Martin Ng to find out.

IT’S DARK OUTSIDE
11 – 17 JAN
From the creators of multi-award winning production The Adventures of Alvin Sputnik: Deep Sea Explorer comes this heartfelt adventure of an old man wandering into the wild.

OTHELLO C’EST QUI
11 – 14 JAN
Across this cultural divide, Ivory Coast-born performer Franck Edmond Yao and German actress Cornelia Dörr unite to interrogate the confrontational world of Othello and Desdemona. Sharp, political and sensual, Othello c’est qui (Othello who’s that) is a liberating exploration of cultural clichés and boundaries.

KUNST ROCK
11 – 12 JAN
The award winning Die Roten Punkte (The Red Dots) are set to blitz Sydney with their anarchic blend of rock’n’roll cabaret. Utterly dysfunctional brother and sister duo Otto and Astrid Rot present a unique combination of shrewd satire, physical comedy, catchy pop songs and angular art rock.

MICRO PARKS
11 – 13 JAN
Often sited on housing blocks, these miniscule public spaces are puzzlingly small and sometimes under-utilised by their local communities. Over three afternoons, Micro Parks invites you to experience some of Australia’s most exciting visual and performing artists transform four of these parks.

WRECK
11 – 17 JAN
Winner of the 2012 Don Banks Award for his contribution to Australian music, composer/artist Jon Rose has transformed a decaying vehicle from the mining town of White Cliffs into a unique and quirky multimedia experience.
